The Green Bay Packers have selected Titans offensive coordinator Matt LaFleur to be their head coach, and that presents an opportunity to dust off the 2004 smash comedy "Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story."

That's not at all to imply that LaFleur is an underdog. But he does share a name with the movie's main character, Peter LaFleur (portrayed by Vince Vaughn), whose Average Joe's Gymnasium faces closure and demolition at the hands of White Goodman (Ben Stiller) and his corporate Globo Gym across the street. He enlists the help of a bunch of misfits and enters a dodgeball tournament with the hopes of winning the considerable purse and securing the gym's future.
